1. Where can you ship to?
We ship to United State. There may be specific locations where we may need additional information to ship, if so we will contact you as soon as possible.

We currently accept Paypal for payment.

3. What kind of warranties or guarantees do you offer for your products?
The products we sell are of high quality and reliable, we believe. Before shipping each piece of clothing to our customers, our Q&C staff will conduct a detailed inspection of the item to ensure high quality.

4. How do I check the status of my order?
If you want to keep track of the status of your order, such as where your order is, when you will receive it, and whether it has been sent out, please log in and click on any page of My Order on the website. If you still cannot get your order information, please contact our customer service email at

5. Are there any other costs involved in shipping?
In some cases, duties or other taxes may be charged at your destination. We have no control over these costs because customs policies vary widely from place to place. Please check with your local customs for details.

6. How much is the shipping charge?
We have an unconditional free shipping policy for US orders.

7. How long is the delivery time?
Currently, it takes 8-15 working days to make a dress from the date you place your order. You can check the specific cutting cycle on the product page. Shipping time is about 7-10 working days. The sooner you place your order, the sooner we can start preparing your dress. Thank you.

8. What is your return policy?
Customers need to contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process. If your product arrives defective, shipped incorrectly, or is the wrong color, you are eligible for a full refund. However, if the item is not defective or made to the size you ordered but does not fit, please be aware that we will not accept your return.

9. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. There are two types of cancellations:
1. Cancellation of unpaid orders: Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 1 day.
2. Cancellation of payment order: If you do not receive the delivery notification email, you can contact us within 24 hours to cancel the order.
Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. So please wait for your package to arrive. You can keep it or return it for a refund. Please do not refuse delivery as undelivered packages may be destroyed by 3PLs.

A: If we send you wrong or mismatched dresses, we will take full responsibility and provide you satisfactory top solution. We are afraid that returns for no reason are unacceptable. Therefore, please measure your body accurately according to our website size chart. We provide size and color guides for you to use. Every dress you order will be made entirely from scratch to your specifications. Our tailors will make the perfect dress for you :)

Q: I would like to order a custom size knee length dress. When I enter my measurements, I want it to be the short length and not the long length, I'm still being asked for a hollow-to-floor measurement that I don't need. Can you tell me how to order the short version instead of the long version?

A: For short dresses, our tailor will make the length according to the hollow you fill in to the hem. You may also need to fill in the hollow-to-floor measurements, which will help us calculate your height so we can make sure to make the knee-length dress for you. You can refer to our measurement guide to learn how to take professional measurements.

Q: Can you change the back style of the dress for me?

A: Sorry, we cannot change the style of the back of the dress at this time. Since we have a huge collection of dresses, we're sure you'll find the perfect one with the back styles you love.

Q: Is your size chart based on UK or US standards? How to better order the right size?

A: You need to check our size chart to choose the right size. You can also refer to our measurement guide to learn how to get professional measurements. If you are in doubt about the size, we strongly recommend that you choose a custom size. Please get the professional size first and fill in the exact size when placing the order. Currently, we do not offer custom sizes for our fashions.

A: Sorry, we don't have a physical store in your location, we only do online business. We make high quality dresses based on pictures. You can also enjoy more competitive prices while shopping online. Please feel free to contact us, we are willing to provide you with some professional advice.
