Cancel the order

We know ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important job and our cancellation policy is made with that in mind. However, it is important to note that our garments are made to order and these materials cannot be reused once the manufacturing process has begun. The good news is that after you place your order, you still have time to make a decision. Please see the cancellation policy below for details.

Our cancellation policy

- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders cancelled 1-3 days after payment is confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund including full shipping and 50% of the product purchase price.

- Orders cancelled 3 days after payment is confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund including full shipping.

- Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

*When you receive an email from Loisdom titled "Payment Confirmation for Order#_______ with Loisdom", your payment has been confirmed.

We usually take up to 5-7 business days to process refunds. Your refund is usually returned to your payment channel within 7 business days.

No refunds will be accepted without prior approval from a customer service representative, please do not return without informing us. Please contact us to get a new shipping address to ship it back after approval, we are not responsible if you use a different address without our confirmation.

Full Refund

We offer a full refund for any item found to be defective or damaged through no fault of ours, please contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. Damages due to the fault of a third party or the fault of the customer cannot be refunded.
For the wrong item you received, please make sure that the item is not worn, not washed, not altered, not damaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and that the label is intact and attached so it will not affect secondary sales. After we have received and confirmed your returned item, we will issue a full refund or exchange it on your side.

Partial Refund

Customers will receive a partial refund if certain original parts are missing or soiled or damaged upon arrival. Please provide all details and our responsible team will get back to you within 48 hours.
